In my last post, I talked about alternate relationships.
Some of y’all may have read it and thought some styles of relationships are not for you.
That is just fine. Everything is not for everybody. We all have to understand we all have different roads to glory.
Your trash, my treasure
Just because something is beneficial for you doesn’t mean it will be beneficial for the next person. Sometimes I see people try to push things onto other people, because it happens to be good for them.
We see this with many different communities, religions, and beliefs. People will change their mindset and get a better outlook on life. Then they want everyone to do the same thing they did that gave them that clarity. While most people are doing it with good intention, your journey is not the same as someone else’s.
Our roads to glory are all different. Everyone has their own journey/ experience.
So you can’t tell someone what they need to do to get to the next level. Nor can anyone tell you.
You can share your experience and what has helped you and if it aligns with the next person then they can follow that system.
I remember when I changed my diet and left religion.
I felt brand new! I felt so elevated and on another level!
I wanted my family to have the same experience and outlook on life. I tried to push my journey onto them.
Then I realized all I can do is present my journey to them and to allow them to have/ experience their own.
What your grass looking like?
So what I’m saying is live your truth and find your own road to glory.
Just because something doesn’t work for you doesn’t mean it can’t work for someone else. Someone’s “bad” in your eyes can be just what that person needs to get to the next level.
Don’t let anyone tell you your journey, decisions and life isn’t valid. Only you and God know that answer.
If we all worried about ourselves more, we’d all be better off.
